Download The New App
Delete the old Sitterwise app from your phone. Go to sitterwise.io and click on the blue SW logo in the bottom right corner. This will prompt you to download the app.

Enable Push Notifications
Navigate to your homescreen and click on the blue SW icon. This next step is one of the most important steps in the download process.
This is what you will first see when you open the new Sitterwise app from your homescreen.
Soon after you open the app, you will be prompted to allow push notifications. It’s crucial that you enable push notifications. If notifications are not enabled, you won’t be notified of new jobs. Click the “Get Notifications” button.
A second screen will pop up. Be sure to click Allow.

LOG IN
You’re now ready to log in! The first time you log into the app, you will need to click the “forgot password” button. You will then be prompted to enter your email address and a password reset link will be emailed to you. Once you set your password, you can log into your dashboard!
