Step One: Complete Your Application
Go to this website and click ok
Click “register as a new user” and complete the information (you do not need to fill out the Background Check ID field).
Login. Your username is your email address. A temporary password was sent to the email account you used to register.
Complete the application and enter the Agency PIN ZULDGH when prompted. You will be required to pay a fee of $43.00 to register.
After you complete the application, print the pre-populated Live Scan form. You will need this form when you go to the LiveScan location to have your fingerprints scanned.
Step Two: Get Fingerprinted
Schedule an appointment at any DOJ Live Scan site
Take the pre-populated LiveScan form from step 1 with you.
Tell the LiveScan operator that you are applying for TrustLine and that you are a “TrustLine Registry Employee”
You will need to pay a combined fee of about $89 to the Livescan location ($25 for the prints and a $64 Department of Justice fee).
The LiveScan operator will hand the form back to you. You can keep this for your own records.
You are now done and all set!
