Hi, my name is Alexandra, but you can call me Alex, and I am beyond excited to have the opportunity to work with your wonderful family! While working at the Boys and Girls Club for about two years, I loved getting to meet so many different children and personalities! This has furthered my interest in working towards becoming an elementary school teacher, as I am majoring in Child and Adolescent Development. My dream would be to teach 1st grade as I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to work with the littles! Through these experiences I’ve gained patience and adaptability to different situations and settings. I have valued the connections I’ve been able to make and the trust I’ve been able to build amongst elementary ages ranging from 5-11 year olds. I love making filler fun to maintain engagement and enjoyment! Others describe me as someone who is kind, considerate of others, active, and artistic. I admire children’s creativity, humor, infinite energy and how imaginative they are. Overall, I admire their unique individuality, and I can’t wait to meet them!
