Hello! My name is Ella, and I am extremely excited to have the opportunity to get to know you and your family. I am a San Diego native, and a current Junior in college at UCSD studying English Literature and French. I have years of experience volunteering alongside Special Education professionals at my high school, acting as a peer tutor and partner for special needs children of all shades and variations of functionality and disability. Additionally, I am a former counselor at Pathways Church Summer Camp, and have been around and babysitting children for as long as I can remember. My philosophy around child-care focuses on meeting your children at their level, and connecting with them individually based on their unique attributes and interests. As an involved older sister and general lover of children, I am extremely passionate about ensuring the safety, trust, and comfortability of you and your family, and am enthusiastic about getting to know your children in their rare and unique vibrancy.
