For over 40 years I have loved working with children and young people. I began my career working at youth summer camps, raised three children (one with a chronic illness) and I was the Director of Childhood Learning at a medium-sized church. For the past 4 years I have taught severely handicapped, mild to moderately disabled and behavioral children ages 3 to 10 at two award-winning local schools. I love my job and caring for all types of children from every background. I am an excellent listener and have been consistently praised for my exceptional care of children. I am energetic, fun and creative. Making sure the children I care for feel safe and loved is my top priority.
