HI! my name is Payton and I am looking forward to meeting your family! I have always enjoyed working/volunteering in childcare simply because I not only have a great time doing it, but I also love the feeling of making the children I am caring for happy. Throughout high school I regularly babysat children of all ages, nannied for a family with children ages three and five, and worked as an Aid for ESS (an after school program for elementary-age students). I was a member of a club called Best Buddies for six years, and was president for two. This club focuses on integrating those with special needs into society and the social circles of their peers. Through my time in this club I gained knowledge on catering to specific needs based on the individual, problem solving, as well as organizing fun/engaging events for large groups of people. I am excited and hopeful to get to know, care for, and spend time with your loved ones!
