Hi! My name is Lilly, and I’m very excited for the opportunity to get to know your kids and family! My passion for working with children began during seven years living and working in Christian camping ministry, where I served, taught, and played alongside kids of all ages. I currently serve at Shadow Mountain Community Church as a small group leader for 3rd-5th grade girls and have been involved in their Summer Blast program on the worship and dance team, bringing energy, encouragement, and a smile to every activity.
I also babysit for a few families with young children and bring experience managing multiple kids through daily routines and activities, as the oldest of six siblings. Alongside my childcare experience, I have strong customer service skills through coordinating wedding events, food service, and barista training. I am organized, patient, and love engaging children with creative and fun activities. I can’t wait to bring joy, patience, and lots of fun to your family!
