These terms describe our SMS (text message) program. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Sitterwise as described below. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Program Name

Sitterwise SMS — operated by Sitterwise, Inc.

Program Description

Sitterwise sends text messages to caregivers and clients who have opted in through our website or employment application. Messages are transactional and service-related, and may include:

• For caregivers: job invitations with date, time, and location; booking confirmations; shift reminders; and cancellation notices.
• For clients: booking confirmations; reminders; post-job follow-up; and occasional service updates.

How to Opt In

Caregivers opt in by submitting an employment application on sitterwise.com, which includes a checkbox to consent to receive SMS messages about jobs and booking-related communications.

Clients opt in during the booking process on sitterwise.com by checking a box to consent to receive SMS messages related to their booking.

The consent checkbox is not pre-checked. Opt-in is always clear and affirmative.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity with Sitterwise. Caregivers may receive several messages per week when jobs are available. Clients typically receive a handful of messages per booking.

Message and data rates may apply. Consult your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
