Hi, my name is Annie! I have been volunteering in the Children’s Ministry at Shadow Mountain Community Church since 6th grade. I love children and get so much joy from being around them. My favorite part of serving in the nursery at my church is being able to soothe and distract the kids when they are upset after their parents leave for church. I enjoy helping them have a good time and, at the same time, relieving the separation anxiety of both the kids and the parents. I have a lot of energy, so I enjoy playing games, doing crafts, and reading to the kids.
