Hi, my name is Evelyn. Since I was little, I have always have had a passion for helping, teaching, and supporting children. My love for children started when I was born into my big family. I have five beautiful sisters and two awesome brothers. Growing up my parents taught me at a very young age to hold and to adhere to biblical values and principles, which I keep close to my heart to this present day. Furthermore, as a child and a teenager, I was responsible for keeping my younger siblings safe and providing for some of their needs. Later in life, after graduating from high school, I attended Point Loma Nazarene University, where I obtained a Bachelors in Liberal Studies. In addition to my education, my work experience consist working with children for over 15 years within the education field. I have had the privilege of working with students in all types of classes, with different learning styles, from general education and special education classes, of all ages in grades K-12. Lastly, I have volunteered many hours within my local church serving in Awana, Sunday School, and have completed many hours of community service. I look forward to meeting you and your family and providing excellent care. Safety is my number one priority.
