Hi, I’m Lisa. I began working with children of Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPs) when my own daughter was a toddler. I continued to work with children in Sunday school settings and have held full time positions as a caregiver for over 15 years. As a teacher’s aide & acting preschool teacher in Hawaii, I had the blessing of working with children and parents of a diverse backgrounds – locals and military families. Using the Creative Curriculum, I was responsible for setting up the classroom, planning circle time, art projects, reading, music, nature walks, cooking and physical fitness, just to name a few. You’ll find that I work well with children and have a loving, patient disposition. I have plenty of experience working with all ages, from infants and toddlers to preschoolers and elementary school children. Currently I nanny two children and I am working as a teacher’s aide in a preschool. I love to keep the children engaged with fun activities as well as educational games, toys, puzzles, books, etc. I’m looking forward to meeting your family!
