Hi! My name is Madison Dear, and I’m so excited for the opportunity to get to know your family! I’ve always had a heart for working with kids, and that passion has grown through my experiences serving in children’s ministry at my church and spending the past two summers as a Camp Counselor. I’ve also provided babysitting for families during school breaks and have loved every minute of it. While at school, I serve as a Resident Advisor, overseeing 20–25 freshman students, which has helped me grow in responsibility, leadership, and care for others. I genuinely love connecting with people and find it incredibly rewarding to support and nurture those around me. As a caregiver, I bring a fun, energetic, and patient attitude to every situation.
