Hi! My name is Madison Dear, and I’m excited for the opportunity to get to know your family. I have a strong passion for working with children, developed through my experiences in children’s ministry and as a camp counselor over multiple summers. I’ve also provided babysitting for families and enjoy creating fun, engaging, and supportive experiences for kids of all ages.
In addition, I serve as a Resident Advisor at school, overseeing a group of students, which has helped me grow in responsibility, leadership, and care for others. I bring a fun, energetic, and patient attitude to every situation and am committed to creating a safe, joyful environment where children can play, learn, and thrive.
