Sarah grew up in the sun and sand of San Diego. Being the oldest of three girls she has been a caregiver for most her life. Sarah started babysitting and being a nanny in middle school. During the summers she was a lifeguard and camp counselor for children with terminal and chronic illnesses. Following her passion for child development, she pursued a career in teaching. Now on her 4th year of teaching elementary special education in the North County area, she has also completed a masters in teaching from Point Loma Nazarene University (2012). She loves spending time with kids of all ages.
