Hi! I’m Sierra, and I’m super excited to meet your family! My love for working with kids started with my little niece and nephews and has grown ever since. I have eight years of childcare experience, including four years as a part-time nanny, five years as a daycare assistant, and a year working in the education department at Legoland. Through these experiences, I’ve learned that patience and clear communication are key to creating a positive and fun environment for children.
