Hello, my name is Vilma Betancourt. I have more than 11 years of experience caring for children and have dedicated my career to supporting their growth, learning, and well-being. For the past three years, I have served as a Preschool Director, where I have gained extensive professional experience in early childhood education, program leadership, and staff supervision.
I am passionate about working with young children and take pride in approaching each child as an individual, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports their development. I am bilingual and fluent in both Spanish and English. Currently, I serve as a Program Coordinator overseeing five after-school programs in El Cajon. I truly love the work I do and the opportunity to make a positive impact in children’s lives.
