To prepare for your interview, please work through these items. Read the guidelines, take the quiz, complete the CPR certification, and review the Trustline requirements.
Steps 1-3 can be done on either your computer or mobile device (even without a printer), so jump right in! When you’ve interviewed and met our other requirements, the Trustline certification will be due within 7 days.
Our list of procedures. This is the original packet (with a few updates) provided to Sitterwise caregivers since the beginning of our service in 1981. Please read it thoroughly and use it as the basis for your answers on our quiz.
More of an “open book test,” this will review the highlights of our guidelines. Be sure to complete it before your interview. Feel free to take this test as many times as you need to score a 100%.
Please prioritize getting CPR & First Aid certified immediately. You can become CPR & First Aid certified online through the National CPR Foundation. Please complete the course and email us a copy of your confirmation certificate. CPR & First Aid certification is a requirement for Sitterwise caregivers.
All Sitterwise caregivers must register with Trustline. New caregivers have 7 days from date of hire to file.
