Since we’ve been talking Disney recently, we thought this review from one of our caregivers, Laura, would be appropriate today:
“It’s a Small World” by the Disney Book Group is an adorable rendition of the ride at Disneyland. Each page has a line of lyrics from the song, and has beautiful, colorful illustrations to go along with it. You can also buy the book with a CD of the song. You can buy it at the Disney Store, or more inexpensively on Amazon.com for about $10. I’ve read it to several of my nanny kids before, and they’ve all loved the pictures and some even sang along because they recognized the song from the Disneyland ride. This book is nostalgic for adults, and a great book to read to little ones!
